William Head

William R. (Bill) Head, age 55 of Ingram died peacefully at his home on June 27, 2016. Bill was born on March 8, 1961 to Roy E. Head Jr. and Maybelle McKeon Head in Houston, TX. He moved to Rio Frio, TX in the summer of 1973 and graduated from Leakey High School in 1979. He settled in Ingram and was a telephone lineman for Hill Country Telephone Cooperative and Sutton Specialty Electric Inc. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. He loved to visit Port Aransas and spend time on the beach with friends and family. He was a man of his word, a teller of tall tales and a friend to many.

He was preceded in death by his father Roy E. Head Jr. and two sisters Mary Carleen Head and Donna Jean Head.

He is survived by the love of his life Cindy Frazier of Ingram and Blessing TX, the children of his heart Dawn Frazier of Cedar Park, TX, Amy Tisdale and her husband Johnny of Hawaii, Josh Frazier and his wife Jaime of Rio Frio, TX, as well as the grandchildren of his heart Richie Rodriguez, Jr., Lainee and Chloe Tisdale. His mother Maybelle Head of Rio Frio, sister Rose Anne McKeon and her husband Stephen of Colorado, Michael Head and his wife Thera of Louisiana, Eileen Bell of Rio Frio, Margaret Rozowski and her husband David of California, and Mary Jeanne Higbee and her husband Larry of Murphy, TX. He is also survived by his lifelong friends and siblings at heart Frank and Jane Kier of Hunt, TX and their children Erin, Jeremy, Joshua and Justin, and the brother of his heart Patrick Albrecht and his wife Donna of Spicewood, TX. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins.

Celebration of life services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 1, 2016 in the main chapel of Kerrville Funeral Home with Reverend Frankie Enloe, Bill's Mother and the Kier Children officiating. The family will have a private interment.
