Wanda Woods

Ingram Wanda Lois Massey Woods, 64, of Ingram, TX passed from this life on June 20, 2009 at her residence. Wanda was born on January 19, 1945 in San Antonio, TX to Houston and Opal Ames Pendley Massey.

Wanda was known by many in the area, and worked most of the past 20 years at Alpine Terrace in Kerrville, TX as a CNA. Wanda, a simple and to please woman who loved spending time with her family and friends, enjoyed gardening, shopping and traveling. Her two dogs, Boots and Teddy gave her great joy and pleasure and will miss her dearly.

Those left to honor and cherish Wandas memory are her loving husband, Harold E. Woody Woods of Ingram, TX brother, Henry Massey sisterinlaw, Beverly Davis children, Donna Bogart, Cecil Baldwin, Debbie Monroe, Larry Baldwin, and Kyle Lackey stepchildren, Wanda Richardson, Teresa Woods, and Wyborn Woods grandchildren, J.R. Saner, C.J. Saner, Tasha Bogart, Natasha Rayburn, Noel Bass, Nikki Monroe, Shana Baldwin, Shelby Baldwin, Shalie Baldwin, and Chase Baldwin five greatgrandchildren along with a host of many loving friends and neighbors.

Her family requests family and friends to join them for a Celebration of Life in the Main Chapel of Kerrville Funeral Home on Monday, June 22, 2009 at 7 PM to honor Wanda and come together to share the gift of her life.

In lieu of floral tributes, memorials may be made in her memory to the charity of ones choice. For those wishing to send floral tributes, they may be sent to the funeral home.
