Vernon Odell Willman, 71, of Kerrville, Texas entered into rest April 7, 2005 at a hospital in San Antonio.Mr. Willman was born October 31, 1933 in Dool, Texas to Aaron and Hattie Willman. He served his country in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War. He moved from Itasca, Texas to Kerrville and remained a resident for 23 years. He worked as a barber for 17 years at Town and Country Barber Shop in Ingram, TX. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening, and loved to sing and tell stories. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Geraldine T. Willman of Kerrville, TX three sons, Vernon T. Willman and wife Sherry of Itasca, Dale Willman and wife Pam of Itasca, and Donny and Jamie Willman of Kerrville nine grandchildren eight greatgrandchildren and special friend of the family, Lisa Carabajal.Graveside services will be 2:00PM, Sunday, April 10, 2005 at the Grandview Cemetery in Grandview, TX. A register book is available to sign at Kerrville Funeral Home. No visitation is scheduled. In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
