Thelma Capps, 94, of Kerrville, Texas passed away peacefully on October 17, 2005 at a local care facility. Services will be in Laramie, Wyoming under the direction of Stryker Funeral Home, with interment to follow in Greenhill Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction and personal care of Kerrville Funeral Home.
