Terry Lee Jacoby, 56, of Kerrville, TX passed away from this life to be at home with the Lord, October 17, 2015. He was surrounded by his loving wife and children.
Terry was born July 31, 1960 with his identical twin brother to Edmund William Jacoby, Jr. and Charlotte Shumpelt of Stonewall, TX. He was the youngest of six children.
Terry was a former toolman at Mooney Aircraft for 17 years. Just before the lay-offs of 2003 he began to have End Stage Renal Failure. He immediately went on dialysis. On April 6, 2005 he received a kidney from a very sweet lady, Autumn Risner, who gave him a special gift of life.
In 2007 he went back to work. He worked for Dealers Electric Supply for 6 years when he was diagnosed with brain cancer on September 6, 2012. He lived 3 years with ESRF and Lymphoma. He was a huge fighter with a big heart. He loved to teach children about the Lord and also teach them sports. He was a big Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorns fan.
Terry is preceded in death by his parents, Edmund William Jacoby, Jr. and Charlotte Jacoby.
Those left to honor and cherish his memory are his wife of 18 years, Lola (Bebe) Jacoby of Kerrville; daughters, Cassandra Renee Jacoby and Kayla Marie Jacoby of Kerrville; sisters, Judy Wickson of Fort Worth, Lisa Jacoby of Stonewall, Maxine Krumdick and husband Bobby of Buda, Phyllis Hollis of Fredericksburg; twin brother, Larry Jacoby and wife Melanie of Kerrville; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; and lifelong friends, David and Autumn Risner of Center Point and John Flowers of Ingram.
Memorial services will be held 1:00 PM, October 24, 2015 at Impact Christian Fellowship Church, 2031 Goat Creek Rd. Kerrville with Pastor David Danielson officiating.
Memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or the American Cancer Society.
