Sybil Cook

Sybil E. Cook, 89, of Kerrville, TX passed away peacefully April 11, 2005 at her residence.Grandmom was the greatest lover of life, who courageously fought until the Lord took her home yesterday morning. She was one of the strongest women weve ever known. She worked hard her entire life, but was forced to slow down, only a few weeks ago, from doing the things she loved to do. She enjoyed shopping, eating out, having her hair and nails done, she was always on the go, but she had to be home in time to catch her beloved Houston Astros at game time. She was a special woman who lit up a room with her spirit, enthusiasm for life and incredible sense of humor. We are better for having known and loved her. She will be missed terribly by her children, grandchildren, extended family and friends. Fly high our newest angel in heaven. Until we meet again, we love you.She is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Tommy Cook in 2001 her parents, Earl and Dorothy Binyon brother, Raymond Binyon sisters, Berta Binyon and Jo Nell Palo and grandson, K.C. Brezina.She is survived by three daughters, Jean Ann Pritchett and husband Joe of Beeville, Texas, Brenda King and husband Robert of Kerrville, Texas, and Judy Brezina and husband Bernard of Richmond, TX son, Thomas Cook and wife Karol of Round Rock, Texas brother, Joe Binyon of Albuquerque, NM and sister, Mary Emma Allen of Portales, NM grandchildren, Brett King, Shannon Minton, Mark Pritchett, Jana Bickham, Kim Rokohl, Russell Cook, Robbie Cook, Monica Carter, Matthew Brezina, and Luke Brezina, and 13 greatgrandchildren.Graveside services will be 10:00AM, Wednesday, April 13, 2005, at the Garden of Memories Cemetery with Rev. Robert King officiating. ation will be 68:00PM, Tuesday, April 12, 2005 at the Kerrville Funeral Home.Pallbearers will be Brett King, Russ Cook, Matt Brezina, Luke Brezina, Justin Rokohl and Kevin Minton.
