Susan Mullins

KERRVILLE Susan Mullins, 73, of Kerrville, Texas passed from this life on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at a local hospital. Susan was born December 5, 1938 in Pikeville, Kentucky, to Trembal and Elizabeth Porter Mullins.

She was a loving, caring person, who gave of her time freely. Anytime someone needed her assistance, whether it was for a ride to the doctor, or assistance in shopping, she was there to help. She loved her furry friends Mitzi her puppy, and Prissi her cat. They were her companions and her comfort.

Susan was well known for not having a derogatory word to say about anyone. If she couldnt say nice things, she was quiet. Her biggest past time passion was QVC. She truly enjoyed buying gadgets on QVC and sharing with her daughter, granddaughter, and others. Susan was also an avid reader.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers.

Those left to cherish her memories include her daughter, Robin HInson son, Ben Phillips granddaughter, Renee Gibbs grandson, Benjamin Phillips, Jr stepdaughters, Darlene Kindt with her children, Joshua and Ryan, Donna Cook, with her daughter, Jessica,
Sharon Anderson with her children, Stacy, Christina, Melissa, and Shannon, along with a host of many loving friends and neighbors.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the Community Center of The Meadows, 2300 Junction Highway, Kerrville, Texas 78028 at 3 PM, Saturday, March 24, 2012.
