Sonia Bazan

Sonia Marie Bazan, 29, of Kerrville, Texas passed away on August 16, 2006 at a local hospital.Sonia was born July 7, 1977 in Houston, Texas to parents, Ernest Ayala Bazan, Sr. and Rosalinda Guerrero Nino. She was a graduate of Tivy High School, and also had an associates degree in Child Development. She started her career as a child care worker in Kerrville. She worked for Little Tivy Day Care and also Zion Lutheran Childrens Center. She had a gift for working with children and used this gift to show her love for them. She had a sweet and kind spirit which will be missed by her many friends and loving family. She is survived by her children, Abigail Bazan, Randy Rios, Kaitlyn Rios, and Kiara Guevara, all of Kerrville mother, Rosalinda Nino and husband, Noe of Vernon, Texas father, Ernest Bazan, Sr. and wife Eva of Kerrville sisters, Dolores Houston and husband Sirroc of Kerrville, Naomi Lawrence and husband Michael of Vernon, Texas, Laura Nino of Vernon, Texas, and Michelle Rios and husband Benito of Kerrville brothers, Ernest Bazan, Jr. and wife Katie of San Antonio, Omar Nino of Vernon, Texas, Noe Nino of Vernon, Texas, Joseph Bazan of Kerrville, Adrian Reyes and wife Elizabeth of Kerrville, and Crispin Reyes and wife Blanca of Fairmont, Minnesota companion, Rogelio Hurtado of Kerrville motherinlaw, Angelina Rios of Kerrville sisterinlaw, Patricia Rios of Kerrville and brothersinlaw, Jason Rios and Jimmy Rios of Kerrville and a host of many loving friends and neighbors. ation will be held 68:00 p.m., Friday, August 18, 2006 at Kerrville Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 19, 2006 at Mountain View Cemetery on Sidney Baker in Kerrville with Pastor Irma Morales officiating.At the familys request, memorials may be made in loving memory of Sonia Bazan to the Sonia Bazan Benefit Account at Wells Fargo Bank on Junction Hwy. in Kerrville.
