Sally Phillips

Kerrville Sally Ann Sterkel Phillips passed away quietly Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at the age of 73 after a long battle of cancer. She was born June 12, 1937 in St Paul, MN to parents, Harold and Violet Vogelgesang.

She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant son, Christopher Messervy.

She is survived by her husband, Leon Phillips sister, Judy Hyp Joe Gabay of Boerne, TX daughters, Dana Boyle Bill of Virginia, Daryn Oliver Dusty of Center Point, TX stepdaughter, Daphne Phillips of Dallas, TX two grandsons, Lee Murray of Spokane, WA and Adam Murray of Portland, OR three greatgrandsons, Aysah of Idaho, Axel of Portland, OR, Cadance of Spokane, WA one niece, Lisa Shippey, and two nephews, John and Michael Hyp and their families, along with a host of many loving friends and neighbors.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2010 from 3 to 5 PM at her home in Quinland Crossing, 805 Loop 534, 140, Kerrville, TX.

The family suggest memorial donations be made to ones favorite charity.
