Rosemary Palmer

nbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspKerrville Rosemary Espy Palmer passed peacefully from this life on the evening of March 21, 2008 at the age of 91.She was born to Opal Espy on June 24, 1916 in Wills Point, Texas and married for 50 years to Charles Palmer. He preceded her in death in 1999. Up until the last eight years Rosemary was an active member of the First Christian Church and had many friends. She was loved dearly and will be missed by her two children, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Rosemary has a daughter Sandra Garret and a son, Robert Palmer. She is also survived by her granddaughters , Shelley Calton, Kelly Orth, Shannon Rankin, Janice Garrett and Phoebe Courcy two great granddaughters, Taylor and Alexis Orth, and a great grandson, Noah Courcy.
