Roger Bills

Roger James Bills 76, a resident of Kerrville passed away peacefully at his home on Friday July 9, 2004. Mr. Bills was born to Lloyd Bills and Emma Freedlund Bills in Rockford Illinois on July 26, 1927. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Kerrville. He was a WWII Army veteran serving as a member of the occupation troops at the end of the war. Mr. Bills was a member of Jennings Louisiana Rotary Club and a regular guest of the Kerrville Rotary club as well a Paul Harris Fellow. He was a people person who never met a stranger.Mr. Bills was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Lloyd.He is survived by his wife Yvonne Doland Bills of Kerrville one brother Gordon Bills and his wife Carolyn of Brookfield Wisconsin numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.A Memorial Service will be held at the First United Methodist Church in Kerrville on Wednesday July 14, 2004 at 10:30 AM with the Rev.
