Robert "Wayne" Hileman

Robert Wayne Hileman, age 67, passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas. Wayne was born on April 12, 1957, to loving parents, Orvel Jackie Hileman and Shirley Louise Norwood in West Covina, CA. Wayne grew up in Glendora, CA before joining the U.S. Marine Corp. After his tour ended in the Marines, Wayne started his family and began a new career in construction. When Wayne moved in 1997 to Texas he started working in medical construction; where he continued to work for the next 25 years as a Superintendent. In his free time he loved doing many things to include; fishing, hunting, camping, bowling and reloading ammo. Wayne’s most favorite thing to do was to spend time with friends and family, and most recently his grandson, Kayson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Orvel J. and Shirley L. Hileman; adopted son, Thomas McDaniel; and grandson, Thomas Robbins.

Wayne is survived by his Wife, Dee Hileman; Sister, Shirlene Hedgpeth; Daughters, Jennifer Vin-Zant Hileman, and Jessica Hileman; Sons, Robert Wayne Hileman Jr., A.J. Robbins, Ian Robbins, O.J. Hileman and James Hileman; Fourteen grandchildren; One great grandchild; Including many nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces and great nephews.
