Kerrville Raymond Roland Rankin, 82, of Kerrville, Texas passed away October 10, 2005 at a local hospital. He is survived by his wife Bettie Rankin of Kerrville, Texas, and three children. There will be no local services at this time.Arrangements are under the direction and personal care of Kerrville Funeral Home.
