Ramona Kirk

Ramona S. Kirk died at her home in Kerrville, Texas on the morning of Tuesday, April 26, 2005.Mrs. Kirk was a native of Oakland, California and lived her early life there. She later lived in San Diego and Chicago where she was employed by Minnesota Mining Company. Ramona married Richard C. Kirk on December 24, 1963. They lived in New Orleans before coming to Kerrville in 1971. During her years here Ramona was active in volunteer work at Sid Peterson Hospital and the Cottage Shop at St. Peters Episcopal Church. She was also a member of St. Peters Episcopal Church.She was preceded in death by her husband Richard in 1972, and also four sisters.She is survived by her niece, Betty Thompson of Kerrville, and many loving friends.No services will be held at this time.Memorials may be made to Peterson Hospice, 1121 Broadway, Kerrville, TX 78028, or the Kathleen Cailloux Humane Society, 2900 Junction Hwy, Kerrville, TX 78028, or the charity of ones choice.
