Ralph Hallgren

Ralph H. Hallgren, Age 86, died Friday, December 31, 2004. He was born June 31, 1918 in Omaha, Nebraska. Ralph retired from Northern Natural Gas, a Fortune 500 company, after managing their strategic planning and budgeting department. He was a certified public accountant and worked with his father Otto G. Hallgren, who was the first licensed certified public accountant in Nebraska. He served in the Army Air Corp during WWII. He was an avid golfer, member of Toastmasters, and a long time member of Zion Lutheran Church. He is preceded in death by brother Otto, his son Mark and grandson Thomas. Surviving are his wife of 63 years, Doris, sons Hugh Tanya, Kotzebue, AK, Stuart Debra, Okemos Mi., and Alan Christine of San Antonio, and daughterinlaw Geraldine, grandchildren Christian, Eric, Katherine, John, Tim, Jennifer, Tiffany, and Alyssa great grandchild, Riley.Memorial services will be 10:00 AM Friday, January 7, 2005 at the Kerrville Funeral Home Chapel. Memorials may be made in lieu of flowers to Zion Lutheran Church 624 Barnett, Kerrville TX 78028.
