Austin Phillip Darrell Schiro, 53, of Ingram, Texas passed from this life on Sunday, September 11, 2005 in Austin, Texas due to injuries suffered from an automobile accident. Mr. Schiro was born on January 8, 1952 in Houston, Texas to John and Lula Porter Schiro. Phillip was an Assistant Activities Director at La Hacienda in Hunt, and was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He attended the Kerrville Church of Christ.He is survived by his parents the love of his life, Peggy Meeks Schiro son, Kenneth Darrell Schiro daughter, Phyllis Cummings and husband Bill three brothers, Johnie, Billy, and Robert Schiro his special angels and beloved grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob, Jadon, and granddaughter Chloe numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins and a host of many friends neighbors, and coworkers who he cherished dearly.Services for Mr. Schiro will be held at 11 AM, Wednesday, September 14, 2005 at the Kerrville Church of Christ, 1900 Loop 543, Kerrville, Texas 78028, with Greg Cummings, Minister, officiating. A visitation was held from 6 8 PM, Tuesday, September 13, 2005 at Kerrville Funeral Home. Arrangements are under the direction and personal care of Kerrville Funeral Home.
