Paul Redwine Adams, aged eighty-one, a life-long resident of Kerrville, Texas, died on October 16, 2017 after a brief illness. Paul was born in Kerrville, the elder son of William Ford and Mary Ella Redwine Adams. Paul was baptized and confirmed in the First Presbyterian Church and was a member until his death. He attended Tivy High School. Paul had a mail order coin and stamp business, operated coin vending machines, repaired small appliances and had a lawn care business. He enjoyed model railroading and classical music. He liked to talk about events in the past and present and retained very detailed information that he shared with others.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his brother James (Charlotte) of Austin, Texas, and cousin Harriet Redwine of Phoenix, Arizona. The family would like to thank the pastors, diaconate and volunteers from First Presbyterian Church for their ministry to Paul over many years.
Graveside services will be held at Garden of Memories Cemetery at 10:00 am on Tuesday, October 24th, with the Reverend Elaine Dreeben officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church, 800 Jefferson Street, Kerrville, TX 78028, or to a charity of your choice.
