Patricia Parker

Kerrville Patricia Ann Parker, 72, of Kerrville, Texas passed from this life on December 21, 2002 at a local hospital. Ms. Parker was born in Lawrenceville, Ill. to Kenneth Flautt and Inez Irene Pierson Parker on February 19, 1930. Graduating From Brekenridge High School in San Antonio, she also attended Trinity University in San Antonio, and Del Mar College in Corpus Christi. She is a graduate of Baptist Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, after which she spent 50 years as a Registered Nurse in Corpus Christi, Texas.Ms. Parker moved to the Texas Hill Country after retirement five years ago. She was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, and attended many football games. Ms. Parker was an active member of St. Peters Episcopal Church of Kerrville.She was a member of the American Nurses Association, the Texas Nurses AssociationDistrict 17, the Baptist Memorial Alumnae Association, and various Volunteer Community Health Programs.Ms. Parker was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth F. and Inez Irene Parker.She is survived by many loving friends and neighbors as well as her dear friend of many years, Ms. Billie Shingleton of Kerrville, TexasInterment will be at 3:30 PM at Sunset Memorial Park, San Antonio, Texas, Monday, December 23, 2002. ation will be held at Kerrville Funeral Home, Monday, December 23, 2002 from 11:00 AM 1:00 PM.
