Norman Fisher

Norman L. Fisher, 78 of Kerrville, TX was carried to his spiritual home by his Christmas angels on December 25, 2012.

Norman was born April 16, 1934 in Fremont, Ohio to Urban A. and Gertrude N. Wasserman Fisher. He married Royine E. Thrasher on January 3, 1959 in Toledo Ohio. He worked for Heinz in Fremont, Ohio before enlisting in the Navy in 1954. He retired from active duty as an Electricians Mate Senior Chief in 1973. He continued his electrical career in Homosassa Springs, Florida working for Certified Grocers then he worked for Martin Marietta at Vanderburg Air Force Base in Lompoc, California before moving back to Ohio where he retired from Mercy Hospital in Toledo. He and his wife, Royine explored life in Ashboro, North Carolina and Knoxville, Tennessee before settling in Kerrville in 1999.

Norman was preceded in death by his parents his brothers, Howard Fisher, Lawerence Elsie Fisher, and George Alice Fisher sisters, Linda Robert Etzel, Alice Fisher, and Marie Shammo and sisterinlaw, Leora Fisher.

Those left to honor and cherish his memory include his wife, Royine Fisher of Kerrville daughter, Sally Moore and husband Mark of Lompoc, California brothers, Paul Fisher of Tiffin, Ohio, Leon Phyllis Fisher, and Roman Ethel Fisher of Fremont, Ohio sister, Joan Foos of Fremont, Ohio and numerous nieces and nephews.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
