Norbert Krebsbach

Kerrville Norbert Alphonse Krebsbach, 87, of Kerrville, passed away from this life at a local hospital on Tuesday, December 29, 2009, surrounded by his loving wife of 63 years and his family.

Born in Brownton, MN on August 5, 1922, he was the son of Alphonse and Gertrude Krippner Krebsbach.
He married Hilda Kissner on June 17, 1946 in Stewart, MN

Mr. Krebsbach a 30 year member of the Notre Dame Catholic Church of Kerrville, was an usher at the church, a member of the Knights of Columbus, a volunteer at St. Vincent de Paul thrift store and volunteered at St. Peter Upon the Water. He enjoyed raising Arabian horses and was a member of the Arabian Horse Association.

He was predeceased by his parents, and 2 brothers, Lawrence and Ralph Krebsbach a sister Joanne Jensen and a granddaughter Michelle Krebsbach.

Those left to honor and cherish his memory are his wife Hilda Krebsbach of Kerrville, TX, 6 Children, Norbert and wife Sandra Krebsbach Mendota Heights, MN, daughter Theresa and her husband Hans Wagner, Roger and wife Page Krebsbach of Austin, TX, Keith and wife Vicki Krebsbach of Boerne, TX, Eugene Krebsbach of Naples, FL, Kevin and wife June Krebsbach of San Antonio, TX,
14 Grandchildren and 1 greatgranddaughter

ation will he held on Friday January 1, 2010 from 6 to 8pm at the Main Chapel at Kerrville Funeral Home, with prayer service

A funeral mass will be presided by Monsignor Michael Boulette at Notre Dame Catholic Church in Kerrville, on Saturday January 2, 2010 at 10am with committal services to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in San Antonio, TX at 2:30pm

The family suggests that donations may be made to St. Peter Upon the Water or Notre Dame Catholic Church.
