Kerrville Noell Fischer, 84, of Kerrville, died January 31, 2006 at Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital. Born in Washington, DC., he was a career diplomat and retired Major from the U.S. Army. He is survived by his loving wife, Louise Fischer, 2 daughters, Susan Fischer and Carol Dacus, 1 son, Scott Fischer, a sister, Carol Schmidt, and 5 grandchildren.There will be a private family service to be held a later date.
