Ned Morrow

Ned Arthur Morrow, age 86, passed away peacefully at Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital on Friday, March 25, 2005. Ned was born in Lawson, Missouri on July 4, 1918. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII, attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant in the Western Defense Command. He married Helen Jones in August 1945 in Denton, Texas. He was the father of two sons, Michael Stephen Morrow and David Glenn Morrow. He is survived by his wife Helen, son, Michael Stephen, granddaughter, Emily Morrow Jones and her husband J. Bradley of San Antonio, several nieces and nephews, and many wonderful friends in Hunt, Ingram, and Houston. Memorial services to celebrate his long, happy, and wonderful life and to glorify God will be held 11:00AM, Tuesday, March 29, 2005 at the Hunt United Methodist Church where he and Helen had been active members for twenty years. Pastor John Green will be conducting services.Memorials may be made to the Hunt Methodist Foundation, or the charity of your choice.
