Nancy Denham

BRYAN Mrs. Nancy Denham, 88, of Bryan ,TX, peacefully passed in her sleep on Thursday, November 15, 2012 at a care center in Bryan, TX. Nancy was dedicated to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the family is certain she was escorted to heaven by her daughter, Kathleen Denham Cook, who preceded her in death thirteen years before her, on the exact .

Mrs. Denham was born on February 3, 1924 to Herbert P. and Mary Schenk Patterson in Stillwater, Ok. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Oklahoma A M University, Nancy married her one and only love, Ralph Denham, in a quiet ceremony on January 8, 1944 In Stillwater, OK. Nancy and her husband moved to Kerrville in 1978 after his retirement from Amoco Production Company. Nancy was very active in her community and provided countless hours of volunteer service to MoRanch as well as many other organizations in the Kerrville area. Recently, Nancy moved to Bryan, TX to be closer to her family.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kathleen Denham Cook in 1999 her husband, Ralph Denham in 2001 her son, Duane Raymond Denham in 2009.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory are her two grandchildren, Jennings Cook of Montgomery, AL and Charese Cook Hunchingson and her husband Conner of Ridgeland, SC her soninlaw, Steve Cook and his wife Vickie of Conroe, TX daughterinlaw, Gladys Denham of Garland TX, along with a host of many loving friends and neighbors who will miss her dearly.

The family will have a private scattering of Nancys cremains so that she may be reunited once again with her beloved Ralph.
