Milindy L. Saul, 85, of Fredericksburg, TX passed from this life on Sunday evening, February 17, 2008 at a Care Center in Fredericksburg, TX. Born on July 21, 1922 in Wapanukka, OK in the Indian Territories, she was the daughter of Joseph Cletus and Jenny Campbell.She worked as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, starting her career at the age of 20 in 1942. She worked in San Antonio at Nix Hospital, in Hondo at the community hospital there and finally for over 20 years at Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital in Kerrville where she finished her nursing career, retiring at the age of 79. After retirement, her health began to fail her, causing her to feel the need for closer care. She moved to Knopp Nursing Home 1 in Fredericksburg, TX where she lived until her passing.She was a dedicated Mother, Grandmother, and Nurse, always caring for those around her before herself. She made many friends at work and always had time to stop and talk to the people she took care of at the hospital, even if she ran into them in town at the grocery store of shopping center. She was loved by her family as well as many others and will be truly missed by all.Preceding her in death were her husband, A.V. Saul, parents, two sisters, one brother, and her oldest son, Aaron D. Saul. She is survived by her youngest son, Victor Gary Saul and wife Debbie of Harper, TX daughterinlaw, Charlsie K. Saul of Harper, TX three grandsons, Aaron D. Saul, Jr. and wife Jennifer of Harper, TX, Nathan Lee Saul of Fredericksburg, TX, and Beau Gary Saul of Kerrville, TX two greatgrandchildren, Aaron C. and Colton Ryan Saul two brothers, James Campbell of Phoenix, AZ and Alfred Campbell of Oklahoma, many nieces, nephews along with a host of many loving friends and neighbors. ation will be held from 6 8 PM, Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at the Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM, Wednesday, February 20, 2008 in the Chapel of Kerrville Funeral Home, Kerrville, TX with Rev. Frankie Enloe officiating. Interment will follow in the Harper Cemetery.In lieu of floral arrangements, the family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Ms. Saul to the charity of ones choice.Arrangements are under the direction of Kerrville Funeral Home, 830 8955111.
