Kerrville The Lord gave, the Lord has taken away, blessed be the name of the Lord. Job 1:21b. Mildred Lillian Leschber Schwausch, 83, born February 10, 1921 in Walburg, Tx to F.R. and Marie Doering Leschber, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, May 14th, 2004. She was baptized at Zion Lutheran Church in Walburg,Tx and confirmed her faith in the Lord on March 25, 1934. Mildred married W.R. Bill Schwausch in Walburg,Tx on November 18, 1945. She had been a resident of Kerrville, Tx since 1953. During their time together, they shared the joy of having 5 children and owned and operated Bills Auto Supply. She had a strong faith in the Lord and was a longtime member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church.She is survived by her husband, Bill Schwausch of Kerrville, Tx son Ralph Schwausch and wife Bonnie, of Garrison, Tx daughters Karen Scott and husband Harrison, of Austin, Tx Carolyn Cael and husband Mick, of Woodland, WA Gwen Craft and husband James, of Kerrville, Tx Edie Spalding and husband Phil, of Kerrville, Tx ten grandchildren and spouses, Rick and Katie Schwausch, Rus Schwausch, Bryan and Cristina Scott, Nicole Scott, Tony Masucci, Christi Wollenzin, Josh and Chelsea Craft, Sara Craft, Christopher Spalding, and Hailey Spalding ten greatgrandchildren, Avery, Elliot, Wyatt, Noah, Drew, Andrea, Andrew, Michael, Brandon and Jourdan and sisters Ruth Kieschnick, Elaine Southerland, Geraldine Sparks, and Edna Brown.A loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend in the Lord, her life will be celebrated and her wisdom and kindness will always be remembered in the hearts of all who knew her.ation will be Sunday, May 16, 2004 from 4 to 6 pm at Kerrville Funeral Home. Services will be held at 2 PM, Monday, May 17, 2004 at the Kerrville Funeral Home Chapel, 1221 Junction Highway, Kerrville, Texas. Memorials may be made to the F.R. and Marie Leschber scholarship fund at Concordia Lutheran College in Austin, Tx or the Holy Cross Lutheran Church Building Fund in Kerrville, Tx.For if you live according to the flesh you will die but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. Romans 8:13.Arrangements are under the direction and personal care of Kerrville Funeral Home.
