SAN ANTONIO Mrs. Mildred quotMilliequot Alleo, 84, of Kerrville, TX, joined her savior on Monday, June 4, 2012 at a San Antonio hospital. She was born to Milo Dakin Cook and Bertha Prible Cook on March 19, 1929 in Lansing, MI.
Millie was an active volunteer with the Point Theatres Auxiliary and was a member of the First United Methodist Churchs TwentyFirst Century bible class. Millies greatest passion was her love for her church, family and a desire to travel extensively.
She was preceded in death by her son, Gary Lee Russell and her parents Bertha and Milo Cook.
Millie is survived by her husband of 54 years, Joe Alleo sisters, Joyce Kench and Betty Gray brothers, Milo Richard and Harry Cook she is also survived by a granddaughter, Tami Russell and many nieces and nephews, friends, neighbors and her church family.
A Memorial Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, June 15, 2012, 10 AM, at the First United Methodist Church, 321 Thompson Drive, Kerrville, TX 78028 with Rev. Bob Allen officiating.
