Mel Kuperman, 68, of Kerrville, Texas entered into rest on December 14, 2005 at a hospital in San Antonio.Mr. Kuperman was born August 19, 1937 in Baltimore, Maryland to Jacob and Anna Kuperman. He married Mary Kuperman on June 27, 1970 in Hampton, Virginia. They moved to Kerrville in 1978. For thirty years they were inseparable, doing everything together. She preceded him in death on March 7, 2000. Mel had a long career as a bread delivery man for Sunbeam bakery. He worked for the Kerrville Daily Times as a carrier for over 20 years even winning the Carrier of the Year award at one time, and also carried for the San Antonio Express News for ten years. He was a quiet and reserved man who dedicated his life to being a family man. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather, and was especially proud of his grandchildren. He is survived by his daughters, Kolleen Roe of Boerne, Debbie Kneifl of Kerrville, Jennie Woodland and husband Thomas of Kerrville, and Mary Runowski and husband Dennis of Kerrville son, Paul A. Rhone of Copperas Cove ten grandchildren, Brittley, Chesley, Kelton, Angel, Richy, Michelle, Christopher, Thomas, Jr., Timothy, Jennie, and eleven great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 20, 2005 at the Kerrville Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Sam Ligon officiating. Interment will follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery. ation will be 68 p.m., Monday at the Kerrville Funeral Home.Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O.
