Kerrville Matthew William Pascarella, 49, passed away Sunday November 20, 2005 at a local hospital. He was a family man of five children and was well known in the community by his culinary skills. He was a partner of the Coppertop Caf, owner of a Mission Foods distributorship, and former owner of Matts Restaurant of Ingram. A quiet man that loved his Lord, he used his talents and resources to help friends and employees and numerous nonprofit organizations in the community.He was born on Febuary 15, 1956 in El Paso, Texas at Fort Bliss. Being from a military family, he lived and worked throughout the world. He enjoyed traveling, cooking, photography, artdrawing ,painting, model airplanes and miniature trains, and most of all he enjoyed playing and spending time with his five children.Matt was preceded in death by his father, William Pascal Pascarella and his mother, Doris Helen Pascarella, of Katy, Texas.He is survived by the mother of his children: Deborah Pascarella of Harper and his five children Pascal William, Natalie Lynn, Melanie Diane, Cara Elena, and Angela Nicole: one brother Donald Pascarella of California three sisters Deborah Wylie, kellie Mayfield, and Patty Harris of Texas, numerous nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 26, 2005 and visitation will be held on Friday November 25, 2005 between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. at Kerrville Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made on behalf of his children at Bank of the Hills.
