Mary Stone

Kerrville Mary Unis Stone, 94, of Kerrville, TX who passed from this life on Monday, January 9, 2006 at a local care center was born to Waite and Bessie Ferneau McNulty on January 18, 1911 in Cambria, MN.Mrs. Stone attended college in North Dakota, and afterwards taught public school in Stinnet, TX, a ranching community in the Northern Panhandle of TX. She married the love of her life, Frank Stone on March 5, 1932 in Clovis, NM. They later made their home in Houston, TX before moving to Kerrville, TX in 1978. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Kerrville, TX.She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Stone her parents, Waite and Bessie Ferneau McNulty and one brother, Charles McNulty.Mrs. Stone is survived by one brother, Waite McNulty son, Frank H. Stone, Jr. daughter, Shirley B. Bolstad three grandchildren, three greatgrandchildren, and a host of many loving friends, neighbors, and church family.A Private Family Interment is scheduled to be held in the Panhandle Cemetery, Panhandle, TX.In lieu of floral arrangements, memorials may be made in Mrs. Stones memory to the First United Methodist Church, 321 Thompson Drive, Kerrville, TX 78028.Arrangements are under the direction and personal care of Kerrville Funeral Home.
