Kerrville Mary Grimes PostMary was born on September 23, 1911 in Carthage Texas and died on June, 24 2004 at her residence in Kerrville. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 am Thursday, July, 1 2004 at the Kerrville Funeral Home with Rev. Boyd Harris and Rev. Sherry Strain officiating. Burial will follow at Glen Rest Cemetery in Kerrville.Mary was a devoted and loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother.She was preceded in death by her husband Byron, son Roger and daughter Carol. Mary is survived by a son Richard Post of Kerrville, 1 granddaughter, Elizabeth Post of Dallas, 1 grandson, Dr. Jordan Post and wife Amy and 2 greatgranddaughters, Mia and Karly all of St. James, New York.In the seasons of her time, Mary was a successful Dallas business woman, a good seamstress, an avid reader, card player and RVer. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and as active member of St. Pauls United Methodist Church. At the age of 86 from a ladder she picked her own peaches. Mary was good natured and a friend to many. Grandmother had a good and happy life.
