Mary Dunham

KERRVILLE - Mary Agnes Vann Dunham, 98, of Arlington, TX passed from this life surrounded by family on August 13, 2015 at a local care facility in Arlington, TX. Mary was born May 21, 1917 in Huntsville, AL to Burt C. Vann and Mary Elizabeth (Walker) Vann.
Mary grew up in McMinnville, TN and met and married her husband Perry W. Dunham, there on February 2, 1939. After Perry's time in the military was over, they moved to Corpus Christi, TX to work for the government on the Naval Base until it closed. This started their traveling around the world and spending time in Japan, Turkey, Philippines and many other countries before finally settling down in Kerrville, TX. In 2004, Mary moved to Arlington, TX.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Perry Dunham; son, Bill Dunham; daughter, Rhonda Proctor; her father, mother and sisters.
Those left to honor and cherish her memory include daughter, Doris Green and husband Barry; daughter-in-law, Jean Dunham; son-in-law, Dan Proctor; grandchildren, Debra Morel and husband Brian, Tracy Klimisch, Kelly Green, Jennifer LeBlanc and husband Kevin; Stacy Imbong and husband Favian, Amy Murphree and husband Todd, Tre Dunham and wife Leah; her twelve great grandchildren, whom she loved dearly; as well as her nieces and nephews.

A visitation and time of reflection will be held on Monday, August 17, 2015 from 6-8 PM at Kerrville Funeral Home, 1221 Junction Hwy Kerrville, TX.

A Graveside Service will be held at 1 PM on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at Garden of Memories Cemetery, Kerrville, TX.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made in her honor to Christ's Haven of Keller, 4150 Keller- Haslet Road Keller, TX 76244 or Arms of Hope, 21300 State Highway 16 North, Medina, TX 78055.
