Mary Burnell

Mary (Sissie) Louise Hardcastle Burnell, 72, resident of Kerrville for 2 years and former resident of Freer, Texas was called home in Kerrville on July 3, 2019.

She was a graduate of Freer High School and Del Mar College for Licensed Vocational Nurse.

She is preceeded in death by her father and mother, Lee Roy and Opal Hardcastle of Three Rivers, Texas.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Cecil Burnell of Kerrville, Texas; sons, Michael Burnell (Georjean) of Hondo, Texas and Steven Burnell of Three Rivers, Texas; sisters, Georgia Mann of Realitos, Texas, Joyce Kerr (Perry) of Kerrville, Texas, Carolyn Brooks (Dick) of Kerrville, Texas, Dale Ferk (Tommy) of Kerrville, Texas, Ann Kilgore (Gene) of Sandia, Texas; brothers, Roy Hardcastle (Loretta) of Halletsville, Texas, Butch Hardcastle (Rhonda) of Three Rivers, Texas along with five grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Kerrville Funeral Home on Sunday July 7, 2019 from 2-4 PM.

Funeral Services will take place at 2PM on Monday July 8,2019 at Kerrville Funeral Home with Pastor Joyce McCormick officiating. Interment will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
