Mary Ballard

Mary Christine Ballard, 88, of Kerrville, Texas passed away on February 15, 2005 at a local hospital.Mrs. Ballard was born December 9, 1916 in Carrignan, Saskatchewan, Canada to Phillip and Christine Schram. She married Norval Ballard on June 17, 1951 in San Mateo, California. He preceded her in death twelve years ago. She was a member of the Junction Highway Church of Christ for over twenty years. She loved animals and enjoyed gardening, sewing, and was an outstanding cook. She was very charitable always giving to others, and visiting the sick. She loved her grandson, and was a wonderful grandmother and mother. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.She is preceded in death by her husband and eleven brothers and sisters.She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Clapper and husband Stan of Harper, Texas grandson, Wyatt Clapper of Harper, brother, Walter Schram of California, and nephew, Robert Schram of Oxnard, California.Private family services will be held at a later date.
