Ingram ndash Marjorie Ann Parker Gemoets was born on April 25, 1916 to Phillipina Riehle and William Watson Parker in Lafayette, Indiana.nbsp She passed quietly on Friday, October 3, 2008 in her home with her son, Joe, by her side.nbspHaving graduated from the Hotel Dieu School of Nursing in 1937, she married Joseph Edmond Gemoets, JR, raised 4 children and retired from school nursing in 1985.nbspShe recently moved to Ingram from El Paso with her son and daughterinlaw, Joseph and Karen Gemoets III.nbspIn August of this year, Marjorie and her family hosted the Parker Family Reunion at MoRanch, with 82 relatives in attendance from all over the United States.nbspDuring her short residency in Ingram, Marjorie met and befriended several people and enjoyed their company and friendship.nbsp She spent many a pleasant day sitting on her porch watching nature, especially wildlife and many varieties of birds, which were her favorites.nbsp nbspMarjorie was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Edmond Gemoets JR. in 2001, a daughter, Marjorie Ann Rogers in 1999, her parents and 8 brothers and sisters.nbspShe is survived by her son, Joseph Edmond Gemoets, III, and his wife, Karen, of Ingram daughters, Mary Kathryn Paddenberg and her husband, John A. of Lawrenceberg, Indiana and Selinda Susan Russell and her husband James Wesley, JR, of El Paso 13 grandchildren 18 great grandchildren and a multitude of nieces and nephews.nbspMemorial visitation will be held at Kerrville Funeral Home on Monday, October 13, 2008 from 57PM.nbsp Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be at 7:00PM.nbspA Memorial Mass will be held at Notre Dame Catholic Church, Kerrville, on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at 1:30PM.nbsp Interment will be El Paso, TX.nbspnbsp
