Margie Barin

Kerrville Margie M. Barin, 84, of Kerrville, Texas, passed from this life on Mothers Day, May 9, 2010.

She was born in Des Moines, Iowa, on July 23, 1925 to Rolla and Lela Murphy. She had been a resident of Kerrville since 1972 and was preceded in death by her husband Gabriel in 1995.

Margies dedication to her family and her perseverance in this life bring heavenly comfort for her journey home.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory are her older brother, Glenn Murphy, of Rockville, MD and her 5 children: Sallyann Moore of Cypress, CA Johnny Moore and his wife, Judy Dr. Nancy Barin and her husband, John Azzopardi, of Sellersville, PA Carol Barin Rodriguez and her husband, Joe, of Center Point, TX and Glenn Barin and his wife, Monna, of San Antonio, TX.

Margie had 6 grandchildren and 12 greatgrandchildren: Melissa Barin, of Kerrville, Texas, and her 3 children Ariel, Lily and Aeneas Dr. Carole Sue Keisteadt, in California Kristie Cole, in California and husband Tom and 3 children Steven, Krista and Kasey April and husband Gary and their 2 children Zach and Erick Gail and husband Brian and their 2 children Nathan and Heather Holly and her 2 children Bryan and Kenny.

A celebration of Margies life will be held at Kerrville Funeral Home, main chapel, on Thursday, May 27, 2010 at 4:00PM with Rev. Jay Dozier, of the First Christian Church, officiating. Committal services will be held at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington Virginia, at a future date yet to be determined.
