Margarita Valero

Margarita Castillo Valero, 69, of Kerrville, TX, passed from this life Friday morning, June 7, 2013, at Hilltop Village Nursing Home in Kerrville, TX. She was born in McDona, TX on August 4, 1943 to Manuel and Paula Gamez Castillo.

A wellknown, longtime resident of Kerrville, TX, Margarita was a hardworking, loving and caring person. She was the mother and grandmother that many long to have, and truly loved spending time with her family. Margarita worked at numerous facilities including, Kerrville State Hospital where she was nicknamed Pickles. She will be greatly missed and in our hearts forever.

Margarita is preceded in death by her parents, Manuel Castillo and Paula Gamez Castillo.

Those left to honor and cherish her loving memory are her sons, Raymundo Valero and his wife Belinda, Manuel Valero and wife Patricia, and Arturo Valero daughter, Rebecca Valero brother, Domingo Castillo sisters, Janie C. Chavaria, Mary Reyes, and Pauline Brinkman 14 Grandchildren, 15 GreatGrandchildren along with a host of many loving friends, neighbors, and extended family who will miss her smile and encouraging words..

ation will be held Monday, June 10, 2013 from 6 8 PM at Kerrville Funeral Home, 1221 Junction Highway, Kerrville, TX 78028. Graveside Services for Margarita will be held at 10 AM, Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at Mountain View Cemetery, corner of Sidney Baker and Holdsworth Drive, Kerrville, TX 78028.
