KERRVILLE - Lowell Luckie,64, of Kerrville, Texas passed from this life on August 12, 2015 at a local hospital in Kerrville, Texas.

He was born May 18, 1951 to Albert Luckie and Lillie Pearl (Colbath) Luckie in Kerrville.

He is survived by his brother Sidney Luckie of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and his long time friend, Grace Russell of Kerrville.
