Kerrville Louise Kern Peetz, 87, of Kerrville, Texas passed from this life on Thursday, January 5, 2006 at a local hospital. She was born on December 14, 1918 to Dr. Frank Kern, M.D., and May Irwin Kern in Pittsburg, PA. She was a Registered Nurse, graduating from Southside Hospital School of Nursing. Mrs. Peetz was a member of the First United Methodist Church, the Kerrville Order of the Eastern Star 24 and the Ladies Oriental Shrine.She is preceded in death by her parents and one sister.Mrs. Peetz is survived by her loving husband of over 60 years, George Peetz, Jr. of Kerrville, TX one son, Dr. Richard Peetz and his wife of Sequim, WA one grandson, two greatgrandsons, along with a host of many loving friends and neighbors.A visitation will be held from 6 8 PM, Monday, January 9, 2006 at Kerrville Funeral Home, 1221 Junction Highway, Kerrville, Texas 78028. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM, Tuesday, January 10, 2006 at the Kerrville Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Warren Hornung officiating.
