Louise Griggs

Edith Louise Flowers Griggs, 91, of Bandera passed from this life in a local center on Monday, March 19, 2012. Louise was born on February 28, 1921 to Charles Lester Flowers and Eva Luada Mowery Flowers.

On November 12, 1946. Louise and Theodore Franklin Griggs were married in Hickory, NC
Louise has been a resident of Fredericksburg, Kerrville, and Bandera for the past 30 years.
She served proudly in the United States Army Air Corp during WWII

She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Eva Flowers husband, Theodore and her daughter, Cheryl Louise Griggs Watson.

Louise is survived by her son, Darrell F. Judy Griggs of Spartanburg, SC a beloved SonInLaw, Anthony Marilyn Watson of Medina, TX she is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. She will be deeply missed all who knew her.

A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, March 23, 2012 at 9 AM at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, TX.
