Louise Green, 77, of Kerrville, Texas passed away on August 18, 2005 at Hill Country Memorial Hospital in Fredericksburg. Mrs. Green was born May 1, 1928 to Eddie Emerson and Mary Leatha Parrish in Plainview, Texas. She married her husband, John B. Green, on January 5, 1945 in Plainview. In 2001 they moved to Kerrville, Texas where they became members of the First Baptist Church. All of her life, Louise was active in the church. For years she taught Sunday school in the primary childrens department, and loved to minister to shutins who were unable to attend church services. She also volunteered once or twice a week at the Frugal Family Store in Kerrville. She enjoyed sewing, canning and loved flowers. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and greatgrandmother who loved to be there for her family. She will be missed by her friends, her family, and her church family.She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, 4 brothers, Martin, Eugene, Melvin, Kenneth, and 3 sisters, Dorothy, Juanita, and Fern.She is survived by sons, Jim Green and wife Evelyn of Hummelstown, PA Martin Green and wife Glenda, of Lubbock, daughters, Edith Kauffman and husband Roy of Kerrville, Linda Skinner and husband Jim of Plainview, and Karen Wells and husband Wayne of Amarillo 13 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and three brothers, Glen, Doyle, and Roy.Memorial services will be 4:30PM, Saturday, August 20, 2005 at the First Baptist Church in Kerrville, Texas with Dr. Dave McFadden officiating. ation will follow at Kerrville Funeral Home. Interment will be 10:00AM, Monday, in Plainview Cemetery in Plainview, Texas.Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund, or the charity of ones choice.
