Linda Cox

Kerrville Linda C. Cox, 48, of Ingram, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 3, 2009.

Born in Palo Pinto County, TX on August 4, 1961, she is the daughter of Cullen and Glenda Tuggle Grimes. She had been a resident of Ingram for many years.

Mrs. Cox was a member of the Indian Creek Baptist Church in Mineral Wells, TX. She married Billy D. Cox on March 12, 1981 in Mineral Wells, TX.

She is coowner of Chaparral Propane in Ingram.

Mrs. Cox is predeceased by her father, Cullen Grimes, her maternal grandmother, Hazel Tuggle, her maternal grandfather, Floyd Tuggle, and a sisterinlaw, Carla Gay Cox.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory are her husband, Billy D. Cox of Ingram her sons, Duston Cox and his wife, Vanessa, of Harper, and Jacob Cox of Ingram her daughter, Mindy Cox Chipman and her husband, Kevin, of Kerrville her mother and stepfather, Glenda Grimes Jones and Darrell Jones, of Mineral Wells, TX a brother, Cullen quotBubbaquot Grimes of Mineral Wells her motherinlaw and fatherinlaw, Carroll and Bobbie Cox of Mineral Wells 2 grandchildren brotherinlaw Bob Cox of Mineral Wells a sisterinlaw, Darla Kay Cox Nesky of Weatherford and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

ation will be held at Kerrville Funeral Home on Saturday, December 5, 2009 from 24PM.

A funeral service will be held at the Indian Creek Baptist Church, Mineral Wells, TX on Monday, December 7, 2009 at 10AM with Rev. Guy Weathers, officiating. A committal service will follow at Staggs Prairie Cemetery, Mineral Wells.
