Lillie Santleben

Kerrville Lillie Mae Santleben, age 81, of the Hill Country, passed away Sunday, February 3, 2008 at her residence. She was born in Fayetteville, Texas, July 13, 1926 to Adolph and Frances Listvan.She is survived by her two daughters and sonsinlaw, Sharon and Tom Claiborn and Becky and Jimmy Mumme one granddaughter, Gwenaelle and her family two sisters, Marie Pankratz and Margie Bridges two brothers, Frank and Joseph Listvan her extended family, April, C.J., Kendra, Katrina, and Justin Palmer, along with a host of many loving friends and neighbors.She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Santleben parents, Adolph and Frances Listvan step mother, Mary Listvan one sister, Leona Klemstein two brothers, Adolph and Jerome Listvan.She will be lovingly remembered by her many friends and relatives, all of whom were touched by the warmth of her smile.A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, February 7, 2008 at 5 PM in the Chapel of Kerrville Funeral Home led by Rev. Frankie Enloe. A reception will follow in the Riverside Event Center. Graveside Services will be held on Friday, February 8, 2008 at 10 AM in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Castroville, Texas with Rev. Enloe officiating. In lieu of floral arrangements, the family suggests memorials be made in Mrs. Santlebens name to the Alzheimers Research Foundation, One Intrepid Square, West 46th Street 12th Ave., New York, New York 10036, the American Cancer Society, 8115 Datapoint Drive, San Antonio, Texas 78229, or to the charity of ones choice.Arrangements are under the direction and personal care of Kerrville Funeral Home.
