Laverna Price

Kerrville La Verna Ruth Price, 82, of Kerrville, Texas joined her husband, Lt. Col. USAF Ret. Bobby J. Price in heaven on Thursday, January 20, 2005 at her residence. Born in Hobart, Oklahoma on September 16, 1922 to Audie Eugene and Cornelia Andrews Carroll, Mrs. Price has resided in Kerrville since 1978.She was active in many community organizations, such as the Heart of the Hills Lioness Club and the Garden Club. Always putting others first, she will be severely missed by her many friends and family.Mrs. Price is survived by her daughters, Sharon A. Hall of Center Point, TX and Reyna Johnson of Boerne, TX her grandchildren, Melissa A. and Douglas F. Hardin of San Antonio, TX, Shelly A. Harding of Austin, TX and Linda J. Arnold King of Kerrville, TX nieces Connie Jacob of Canyon Lake, TX and Regina Schulz of Bulverde, TX along with a host of many loving friends and neighbors.She has left a giant hole in our lives and our hearts, we will miss her forever.There will be a viewing Saturday, January 22, 2005 from 9 AM to 9 PM at Kerrville Funeral Home. A Memorial Service is planned by the family at a later date.Arrangements are under the direction and personal care of Kerrville Funeral Home.
