nbspKerrville Justin V. Douglass, 32, of Kerrville, Texas passed away on November 8, 2008 at a local hospital.nbspJustin was born on July 11, 1976 in Logan, Utah. In 1995, he graduated from Ingram High School. After graduation he served his country in the U.S. Army from 19952002. He then returned to Kerrville where he worked at the VA Hospital as an LVN. He was an excellent nurse, and was very intelligent. His hobbies included Poker and Chess. He was a very special person to his loved ones and friends. They will miss him dearly.nbspJustin is preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Lee Collett and his grandfather, Grant L. Collett.nbspHe is survived by his wife, Tina Gray grandparents, Barbara Collett and Peyton Chamberlain of Georgetown sister, Jodie Richter and husband Clint, Sr. of Kerrville his very special nieces and nephew, Chelsey Richter, Caitlyn Richter, and Clint Richter, Jr. stepfather, Charlie Habermacher and friend, Kevin Sutton along with a host of many other close friends.nbspPrivate family services will be held at a future date.nbspnbspArrangements are under the direction and personal care of Kerrville Funeral Home.nbspnbspnbspnbsp
