Juanita Schilhab

Juanita Rose Schilhab, 71, of Kerrville, Texas passed away peacefully on July 16, 2006 in her home.Juanita was born March 3, 1935 to William and Loma Reynolds in San Antonio, Texas. She married Erwin Tex Schilhab on December 31, 1955 in Fort Worth. They renewed their vows in the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Schulenburg, TX on their twentyfifth anniversary. She was an excellent homemaker and seamstress who enjoyed crocheting and quilting. She volunteered in the community and helping others was her mission in life. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will be deeply missed by her loved ones. Juanita moved to Kerrville a year ago, and was a parishioner at Notre Dame Catholic Church.She is preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Sharon Burnett.She is survived by her husband of fifty years, Erwin Tex Schilhab daughters, Linda A. DAgostinoScheffer of Richmond, TX, Jane L. Bortness and husband Rick of Tempe, AZ, Donna S. Taylor and husband Jon of Carrizo Springs, TX, Carolyn K. Tinsley of Kerrville, and Nancy Hise of Uvalde, TX, 14 grandchildren, 11 greatgrandchildren, and special lifelong friend, Reyna Amore of Altus, OK.Services will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 20, 2006 at the Kerrville Funeral Home Chapel with Father Mike Peinemann officiating. ation will be held 57:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 19, 2006 at Kerrville Funeral Home. Private interment will be at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
