Joseph Hopkins

Kerrville Jospeh F. Hopkins, 50, went to be with the Lord on March 8, 2011 after a long illness.

Born in Chicago, IL on January 4, 1961, he was the son of James and Olive Cressell Hopkins.
Joseph spent most of his life in the Dayton, OH and Okeechobee, FL areas.

His passion was music and was a musician, and he played all of his life until his stroke in June of 2007.

Joseph is preceded in death by his father, James quotHappyquot Hopkins who was also a guitarist.

Those left to honor and cherish his memory are his mother, Olive Hopkins two sisters, Tami Hopkins and Terri Hopkins and her husband, Andy, of Ingram three brothers, Steve, James and George Hopkins all of Kerrville several aunts, uncles and cousins in OH an Aunt Linda Cressell of Harper along with several nieces and nephews in OH and TX.

There will be no visitation.

A private service will be held at Mountain View Cemetery on March 11, 2011 with Pastor Frankie Enloe officiating.
