Jose DeLaRosa

San Antonio Jose Eleazar DeLaRosa, age 60, of Kerrville, TX left for an eternity with his savior in a San Antonio hospital December 8, 2011. Jose, quotJoe,quot was devout to the Word of God. He professed his faith and instilled it into his family. Joe had a kind spirit, and outgoing personality. He made everyone he met his friend.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Rosa DeLaRosa.

Those left to honor and cherish his memories include his daughter, Janie Morales and spouse, Juan son, Jose Ezekiel DeLaRosa and spouse, Jennifer sister, Dianna DeLaRosa nieces, Lisa Munoz, Roxanne Guerrero, and Valerie Jimenez nephews, Frank DeLaRosa, Chris Castillo, Philip Jimenez, Jose and Charlie Vela and his four precious grandchildren, Brendon and Cameron Morales, and Jayden and Joshua DeLaRosa. His last few years were shared with his loving companion, Francisca C. Pruneda.

Pallbearers include: Chris Castillo, Brendon Morales, Juan Pruneda Jr., Jesse Munoz Jr., and Charlie and Jose Vela. Honorary pallbearers include, Frank DeLaRosa and Salvador Ybarra.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, December 12, 2011 at 2 PM in the Main Chapel of Kerrville Funeral Home, 1221 Junction Highway, Kerrville, TX. A Committal Service will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, Kerrville, TX.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of ones choice.
