John Guillett

Jack Guillett, 73, of Ingram, Texas entered into eternal rest peacefully on June 13, 2006 at a local hospital surrounded by his devoted and loving family, after a short but courageous battle with lung cancer.Jack was born December 20, 1932 in Fort Sheridan, Illinois to John and Lorene Guillett. He married Judy Ryan Guillett on April 8, 1961 in Austin, Texas. He was a custom home builder in the Austin and Rockport area for over forty years. Three years ago, upon retirement he and Judy moved to the Hill Country. He was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. We are going to miss him very much.He is preceded in death by his parents.He is survived by his wife, Judy Guillett three daughters, Vicki George and husband Mark of Corpus Christi, Texas, Lisa Hensley and husband David of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Gina Walker and husband Tim of Hunt, Texas grandchildren, Jessica Smyrson of Corpus Christi, Dylan Walker of Hunt, Texas, Sydney George of Corpus Christi, Texas and Timothy Allen Walker, Jr. of Rockport, Texas brother, Don Guillett and wife Robbie of Austin, Texas four nephews, David, Ron, and Dan Guillett of Austin, Texas, and Wayne Aimee Ryan of Harper, Texas and brotherinlaw, Randy Ryan of Marble Falls, Texas.Memorial services will be held at a later date.Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association, 61 Broadway, New York, NY 10006 or the charity of ones choice.
