Kerrville John A. Fuller, 78, of Kerrville, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2002, at his residence. He was born October 2, 1923, in DeMoines, Iowa, to Thomas Arthur Fuller and Belle Luella Essex Fuller and had been a resident of Kerrville since 1981.He married Thelma Bequeaith Fuller, December 15, 1942, in Midland, Texas. They raised three lovely children and his claim to fame was Being A Good Father.John loved to do for others. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Kerrville, the Elks Lodge in La Marque and Kerrville, and the VFW in La Marque, Texas. He owned his own business for 30 years and worked for American Oil. He retired from American Oil in 1981 and moved to Kerrville. He loved to Square Dance, was a Boy Scout Leader, and enjoyed being a friend to his children and their friends.Survivors include his wife Thelma two sons, Richard Arthur Fuller of Kerrville, Robert Thomas Fuller and his wife Cheeyen of Houston daughter Janet Irene Crider and fianc Sherman Jones of Houston grandchildren: Elissa Fuller, Kelsey Fuller, Thomas Fuller of Houston, Corinne Ann Walters and husband Jeffrey Scott Walters of Humble, Michael Alan Crider and fianc Jessica Becker of Galveston one greatgrandchild Christian Scott Walters and a sister, Delores Bareland of Independence, MO.ation will be held, August 23, 2002 at 2:00 PM at Kerrville Funeral Home Chapel, and services will follow at 3:00 PM also at Kerrville Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be held at Forrest Park East Cemetery, 21620 Gulf Frwy., Webster, Texas on Saturday, August 24, 2002, 10:00 AM.Services under the direction of Kerrville Funeral Home, Kerrville, Texas.
