Joel Bustamante

Joel L. Bustamante passed from this life on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 from a tragic car accident in San Antonio, TX.

Joel was born April 5, 1994 to parents, Joe Bustamante and Angelica Cervantes in Kerrville, TX where he grew up and graduated from Tivy High School.

Joel was a man with a heart of gold who was always smiling and known for his big bear hugs.. He was always willing to lend a helping hand. He loved the car races and would go with his uncle Ricky. He was starting a career as an electrician and enjoyed helping the elderly. Joel will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him, especially his wife and fur babies, Lola and Lucy, who he loved dearly.

Joel is preceded in death by his great grandparents, Simon and Carlotta DeLeon and Manuel Cervantes.

Joel is survived by his wife of 4 years, Kristen Crider; father, Joe Bustamante; mother, Angelica Cervantes; sister, Ashley Reusser and her husband, Matthew Reusser, and their children; brother, Michael Ynostrosa; uncle, Ricky Cervantes and his wife, Brandy, and their children;  aunt, Patricia Howell and her husband Kris; as well as many other extended family and friends.

A visitation will take place from 5-7pm on Monday, September 14, 2020  at Kerrville Funeral Home, 1221 Junction Highway.

Funeral Services will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, September 15,2020 at Impact Fellowship Church, 2031 Goat Creek Road.  Interment to follow at Center Point Cemetery.
